Temporarily suspend your 10wim account for a period of your choosing – from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off cannot be cancelled once initiated before the period expires.
Permanently exclude yourself from the 10wim platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to 5 years or permanently. Once self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends. 10wim will not reinstate excluded accounts ahead of schedule under any circumstances.
Set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. If your cumulative losses on 10wim reach the set amount within that period, you will be prevented from placing further bets or spinning slots until the period resets.

First, at registration, you are required to confirm your date of birth and agree that you are 18 or over. Second, before your first withdrawal, or at any point where 10wim has reason to verify your identity, our KYC team will request a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. The name, date of birth, and address on your KYC documents must match the details on your 10wim account. Third, in cases where the KYC documents show a date of birth within the preceding 12 months of the minimum age threshold, additional verification steps may be required.
If any part of the age verification process cannot be completed satisfactorily, 10wim will suspend the account, freeze any balance held, and investigate. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds will be returned to the payment source after the investigation is complete. 10wim reports suspected underage gambling to relevant regulatory authorities as required.
