1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10wim ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 10wim website located at 10wim.net and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 10wim Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 10wim Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to players placing sports bets, casino game players, and visitors browsing without an active account. Use of any part of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms, which supersedes all prior versions.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 10wim Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person or subject to any international sanctions that would restrict your ability to engage in financial transactions of this nature.

10wim reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 10wim may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Underage gambling is illegal and 10wim treats its prevention as a primary operational obligation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 10wim Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration and through our ongoing Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. 10wim must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

10wim reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide reasons, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 10wim Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 10wim may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 10wim and may be updated from time to time; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. 10wim requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but 10wim endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. 10wim accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet operators.

You must not use the 10wim Platform to process funds on behalf of any third party. Any funds deposited on the Platform must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated 10wim account suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 10wim sports betting section are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the Platform and cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended by the user;
• 10wim reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in the odds has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in doubt, or where an event is cancelled or significantly altered;
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delayed settlement where the outcome cannot be immediately verified;
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets; these limits are set by 10wim and displayed within relevant markets;
• 10wim uses independent data feeds to determine the settlement of betting markets; in the event of a dispute between a user and 10wim regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 10wim shall be final subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.

6. Casino & Slots

The 10wim Casino and Slots sections offer games provided by third-party software providers. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing equipment observed on camera. 10wim does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Game-specific rules, return-to-player ("RTP") percentages, and volatility ratings are made available through the respective game interfaces.

10wim acts as an intermediary between the player and the game provider and accepts no liability for any technical failure, interruption, or error originating within third-party game software, except as required by applicable law. In the event a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned at 10wim's discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

10wim may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms. General bonus conditions applicable across all 10wim promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts that have met any applicable KYC and verification requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• 10wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so;
• Users found to be abusing bonus systems – including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation – may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 10wim Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Attempting to defraud 10wim or any other user of the Platform through any means, including but not limited to collusion, match-fixing, or the use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered under false identities;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of crime;
• Interfering with the technical operation of the Platform through hacking, scraping, automated access, or any other means;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or permitting any third party to access and use your account.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral of the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

10wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through the Mine section of your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a specified period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 10wim Platform, including but not limited to the 10wim brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to 10wim and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 10wim.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wim, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. 10wim's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 10wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by 10wim's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12. Amendments

10wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 10wim will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wim is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitral institution. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law provisions.
